As the best casino resort in California, we maintain strict standards to ensure a luxurious, safe, and enjoyable environment for all of our guests.
What is the minimum age requirement?
Yaamava Casino is strictly an adult-only facility. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the property. This applies to the casino floor, the hotel tower, the Serrano Spa, the pool deck, all restaurants, and the Yaamava' Theater. There are no exceptions. Valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification is required to enter.
What is the dress code?
We ask that our guests dress in appropriate, casual, or resort-style attire. Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times while on the property. Avoid clothing with offensive language or overly revealing attire. Note that fine dining establishments, such as The Pines Modern Steakhouse, strongly encourage business casual attire and do not permit athletic wear, flip-flops, or swimwear.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
The Yaamava Casino hotel tower, including all guest rooms, suites, balconies, and the Serrano Spa, is a 100% smoke-free environment. A strict cleaning fee is applied if smoking occurs in a hotel room. However, smoking is permitted in specifically designated areas on the casino gaming floor.

How do I join Club Serrano?
Joining is free and easy! You can pre-register online via the Club Serrano Portal or sign up in person at any Club Serrano booth located on the casino floor. You must present a valid ID to complete your registration and receive your physical card.
How do I earn and redeem points?
Always insert your Club Serrano card into the slot machine before you spin, or hand it to a table games dealer before you place a wager. You earn points based on your length of play and average bet. Accumulated points can be redeemed for Free Play, dining comps at our restaurants, hotel stays, or merchandise at our retail shops.
I forgot my PIN or lost my card. What do I do?
For the security of your account, PIN resets and card replacements must be done in person. Please visit any Club Serrano booth at Yaamava Casino with your valid photo ID, and our team will gladly issue a new card or help you reset your PIN. We cannot reset PINs over the phone.
Does Yaamava Casino offer Tier Matching?
Yes! We proudly offer a competitive Tier Match program. If you hold an elite status at over 40 qualifying competitor casinos, present your valid competitor card at the Club Serrano booth, and we will upgrade your tier so you can immediately enjoy VIP benefits at Yaamava Casino.

How do I request a Win/Loss statement for taxes?
You can easily access and print your annual Win/Loss statements and W-2G tax forms by logging into your online Club Serrano account. Navigate to the "Tax Documents" section to download your forms directly. Alternatively, you can request them in person at the casino.
Do you offer Casino Credit?
Yes. Qualified players can apply for a Casino Credit line to avoid carrying cash. You can apply online before your visit or speak with a casino host on the floor. Credit approval is subject to a standard credit check and banking verification.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM PST, and check-out is at 11:00 AM PST. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
To avoid forfeiture of your deposit, hotel room cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date (by 4:00 PM PST). Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a charge equal to the first night's room rate and tax.
Are there incidental holds on my credit card?
Yes. Upon check-in, a hold will be placed on your credit or debit card for the full anticipated amount of your stay, plus an additional daily amount for incidental charges (such as room service or spa treatments). Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days for unused holds to be released after check-out.
5. Dining and Entertainment
Yaamava Casino boasts an incredible culinary scene and world-class entertainment venues.
Do I need reservations for the restaurants?
While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend making reservations for fine dining venues like The Pines Modern Steakhouse and Hong Bao Kitchen, especially on weekends and holidays. Reservations can be made online via our dining page. Casual spots like the Serrano Buffet and The 909 operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
How do I purchase tickets for the Yaamava' Theater?
Tickets for all headline concerts and comedy shows at the Yaamava' Theater are sold exclusively through AXS. You can access the ticketing portal through the Entertainment section of our website. Club Serrano members often receive presale codes via email. All ticket sales are final.
