Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: May 2026
Welcome to the Yaamava Casino Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel property, our official website (en-yaamavacasino.com), the Club Serrano loyalty program, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). Yaamava Casino is owned and operated by the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
By accessing our website, visiting our physical property, booking a hotel room, or utilizing any of our gaming and entertainment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using our Services. As the best casino resort in California, we strive to provide a safe, luxurious, and entertaining environment, and these rules ensure the best experience for all our guests.
1. Age Restrictions and Identification
Yaamava Casino is strictly an adult entertainment facility. You must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older to gamble, consume alcoholic beverages, or enter the casino gaming floor. By using our Services or entering the property, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.
Valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification (such as a Driver's License, Passport, or State ID) is required for entry into the casino, to purchase alcohol, to claim jackpots, to register for a hotel room, and to enroll in the Club Serrano loyalty program. Management reserves the right to request identification from any guest at any time. Falsifying age or identity will result in immediate ejection from the property, forfeiture of any winnings, and potential involvement of law enforcement.
2. Club Serrano Loyalty Program
The Club Serrano loyalty program is designed to reward our guests for their patronage at Yaamava Casino. Membership is free and available to any guest aged 21 or older with valid identification.
- Earning Points: Members earn points and tier credits by inserting their Club Serrano card into slot machines prior to play, or by presenting their card to table games personnel before placing a wager. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure their card is properly inserted and registered.
- Redemption: Earned points can be redeemed for free play, dining, hotel stays, spa services, and retail merchandise on the property. Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Non-Transferable: Club Serrano memberships, points, tier status, and promotional offers are strictly non-transferable. You may not share your card with another individual. Management reserves the right to confiscate cards used by anyone other than the registered member.
- Program Changes: Yaamava Casino reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel the Club Serrano program, tier thresholds, point valuation, or any associated benefits at any time, with or without prior notice.
3. Hotel Reservations and Resort Policies
As a AAA Five-Diamond luxury resort, we enforce strict policies to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests staying at the Yaamava Casino hotel.
Booking and Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to secure all hotel reservations. A deposit equivalent to the first night's room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (4:00 PM PST) to receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to check-in (no-shows), will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Incidental Holds: Upon check-in, a hold will be placed on your authorized credit or debit card for the full anticipated amount of your stay (room rate, resort fees, and taxes) plus an additional daily amount for incidental charges (such as room service, spa treatments, or mini-bar usage). The release of unused incidental holds may take up to 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Property Rules: The Yaamava Casino hotel is a 100% smoke-free facility, including all guest rooms, suites, and balconies. Smoking in a guest room will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee applied to your folio. Pets are not permitted on the property, with the strict exception of ADA-recognized service animals.
4. Gaming Rules and Casino Floor Conduct
Yaamava Casino is committed to operating with the highest level of integrity and in strict compliance with the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission regulations.
- Fair Play: All games are monitored by advanced surveillance systems and casino personnel. Any attempt to alter, tamper with, or manipulate gaming equipment, slot machines, table games, or shuffling devices is a federal offense.
- Machine Malfunctions: Malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a machine error, the decision of Yaamava Casino management and the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission is final.
- Photography and Recording: For the privacy of our guests and the security of our gaming operations, unauthorized photography, videography, or audio recording on the casino floor is strictly prohibited. You may take personal photos in designated non-gaming areas (such as the hotel lobby or restaurants), but capturing images of gaming tables, slot machines, or casino staff without prior written consent is forbidden.
5. Code of Conduct and Right to Refuse Service
To maintain the luxurious and enjoyable atmosphere that makes us the best casino resort in California, all guests must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Yaamava Casino reserves the right to refuse service, revoke Club Serrano membership, or eject any individual from the property at the sole discretion of management.
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: intoxication, use of illegal drugs, loitering, panhandling, aggressive or abusive language toward staff or other guests, physical violence, property damage, carrying firearms or weapons of any kind (even with a permit), and violating the property's dress code.
